About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program at Kwik Trip 963. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, helping the team meet daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The position helps ensure high-quality customer service each day. The listed full pay range is $18.00 to $23.79; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Coworkers also receive a share of company pre-tax profits through bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of gross annual wages, depending on company profitability.
Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift.
- Strong people skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
