About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The position is focused on ensuring high-quality customer service every day. The role works primarily second shift and requires 40 hours per week. Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.

- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
