About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Kitchen Manager to help oversee the store food program. The position involves preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service every day. The role is based at Kwik Trip 1023 and requires full-time availability, primarily on second shift, with a variable shift schedule. The listed pay range is $18.00 to $23.79 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily second shift.
• Great people skills.

• Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.

• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
