About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is also responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service every day. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts listed. The role is based at Kwik Trip 777. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.26 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip returns 40% of pre-tax profits to coworkers through bonuses that range from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
• Strong people skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Able to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
