Assistant Kitchen Manager
About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help make a difference in the communities the company serves. The role involves preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service every day. The position is at Kwik Trip 962, with variable shifts and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift. The listed full pay range is $18.00 to $23.79 per hour; actual pay depends on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip also shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses of 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability, and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift.

- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
