About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program at Kwik Trip 1513. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team meet daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service every day. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with variable shifts and work primarily on second shift. The listed pay range is $18.00 to $23.79; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that range from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability. Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
