Assistant General Manager, Little Palm
About The Position
The Assistant General Manager at Little Palm supports and oversees front-of-house operations at The Ryder, a boutique hotel with a pool, coffee bar, and tropical bar. This leader inspires staff, encourages teamwork, helps achieve the collective goals of the restaurants and bars, develops and motivates team members, and helps deliver an enjoyable dining experience for guests. The role includes ensuring service runs smoothly, assisting with team management and guest needs, and processing payroll and team-member schedules. Prior restaurant management and team leadership experience are highly preferred. Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills; approachable and professional.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in restaurant management is highly preferred.
- Prior team leadership is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
