About The Position
The Bartender at Little Palm, part of The Ryder, welcomes guests and serves quality cocktails with warm, attentive customer service. The role calls for a bartender who appreciates cocktail craftsmanship, knows mixology, prepares traditional drinks, and creates original libations. The bartender helps increase guest retention and loyalty through excellent drinks and service, while maintaining cleanliness, organization, efficiency, and responsible alcohol service.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a bartender.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine-pairing options.
- Proactive and thoughtful nature.
- Professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Warmly and authentically acknowledge and welcome guests.
- Stay knowledgeable about product and service standards to elevate the guest experience.
- Work efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Use appropriate language and demeanor with team members and guests.
- Prioritize responsible alcohol service.
- Mix and serve quality traditional cocktails and creative libations with excellent customer service.
