About The Position

The Assistant General Manager works alongside the General Manager to motivate the team, improve store performance, and cultivate an environment where people excel and outcomes improve. The role supports day-to-day site operations and provides hands-on team leadership, with an opportunity to develop leadership skills and prepare for a General Manager position through training, mentorship, and coaching. The Assistant General Manager helps communicate company priorities, coach team members, support financial performance, and strengthen service standards and membership growth. The ideal candidate takes ownership, models company values, communicates clearly, and leads teams toward their goals.

Requirements

Be in good standing with no active counseling reports.
Have completed Track II of the Operations Leadership Program.
Demonstrate the ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams to reach their goals.
Show consistent performance, initiative, accountability, clear communication, follow-through, flexibility, and solution-focused thinking.

Nice To Haves

At least 90 days of Operations Lead experience at Mister (preferred).

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations and help lead the team in delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Communicate Mister’s vision, priorities, and daily focus to keep the team aligned and energized.
Coach and develop team members through hands-on leadership, promoting performance, accountability, and teamwork.
Lead UWC execution by motivating the team, strengthening product knowledge, and driving membership growth.
Support financial performance and operational excellence by reinforcing expectations and effective day-to-day execution.
