About The Position

Iacofano's Catering & Events is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead overnight operations at its Brook Park, Ohio kitchens near the airport. The company caters private jets, airlines, and corporate events around the clock. Overnight production includes much of the food prepared for morning runs, and this role is responsible for ensuring it meets the company's standards for quality and timeliness.

The position is salaried and full-time, with five overnight shifts per week, typically totaling 50 hours. Additional hours are required for large events and holidays. Overnight leaders may be considered first for General Manager and new-location openings as the company grows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading a kitchen shift in high-volume catering, banquets, hotels, airline, or institutional food service.
• Experience independently running a shift and making operational decisions.
• ServSafe Manager (CFPM) certification, or ability to earn it within 60 days.
• Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Aviation or airline catering experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete the overnight prep and cook-chill plan to specification and on time for morning runs.
• Lead the overnight team by assigning stations, coaching employees, and maintaining standards.
• Ensure HACCP logs, temperatures, and sanitation are complete and correct before handover.
• Build and check late and ASAP aviation orders and send them out on time.
• Provide the day leadership team with a clear report each morning.
