About The Position

The Assistant General Manager partners with the General Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence at a retail laundromat. The role oversees wash, dry, and fold services, maintains clean and safe store conditions, promotes laundry products, and helps create a welcoming environment. The Assistant General Manager supports daily store operations, supervises staff during shifts, and manages inventory and supplies to keep the facility organized and fully operational.

Requirements

At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail, service, sales, or operational management.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to motivate teams and serve customers.
A strong sales mindset and experience working in retail.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Hands-on willingness to support operations and maintenance needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing budgets, driving revenue, and controlling costs.
Bilingual ability.
