Requirements

• 2+ years of hospitality or hotel management experience required
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Strong knowledge of front office, food & beverage, or hotel operations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Experience with property management systems (PMS) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel/hospitality operations
• Lead, coach, and develop front-line staff to deliver exceptional guest service
• Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and revenue performance
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Handle guest escalations and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations
