About The Position

The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including finances, personnel, and guest relations. The role helps create memorable guest experiences while maintaining high standards for food quality, service excellence, and brand reputation. The Assistant General Manager fosters a positive environment, develops team members, addresses operational challenges, communicates with staff and the community, and participates in sourcing sustainable, high-quality ingredients through local partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in an upscale environment.
• Proven success leading and motivating teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and community partners.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and the broader community.
• Uphold high standards for food quality, service excellence, and brand reputation.
