About The Position

The Assistant General Manager is part of Drury Hotels’ Operations Leadership team and provides leadership across all hotel departments, with a focus on exceptional guest service. The role includes training, developing, and coaching team members; delivering key business results in quality, service, profitability, and team performance; and modeling quality assurance practices to meet or exceed hotel measures. The position is based at 2706 West DeYoung, Marion, Illinois 62959. The stated pay range is $57,866.99–$72,333.74; the starting wage may be above the minimum depending on relevant experience, skills, and education. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. The role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly “+1 Service” bonus and a semi-annual bonus based on hotel and company performance.

Requirements

Passion for serving others and exceeding guests’ expectations.
At least one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
