About The Position

This is a General Manager hire with a structured on-ramp at a long-established residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical brand serving Albuquerque homeowners. The business is part of a national, private equity-backed home-services platform that provides shared services, proven playbooks, and capital for growth. The company is disclosed to qualified candidates after a mutual NDA. The successful candidate will initially join as Assistant General Manager and take ownership of the back end of the business, learning how calls become jobs, how jobs become cash, and where operational inefficiencies occur. The plan is for the candidate to take ownership of the brand and step into the General Manager role within roughly five to six months. The subsequent role includes responsibility for the full P&L, leadership team, and the brand’s trajectory. Industry background is not required; the employer values experience running operations, accountability for results, and leading people doing physical work.

  • A systems mindset: ability to build processes, implement them, and verify they work.
