Assistant General Manager-MARRIOTT HOTEL EXPERIENCE A MUST
About The Position
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager who will lead and exemplify excellent guest service, ensuring that guests enjoy a safe and secure stay. The role involves enhancing guest experience by responding to inquiries and providing recommendations about the hotel and surrounding area, in line with the hotel's policies and procedures. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hotel management experience at the AGM or FOM level with an emphasis on guest service, team member development and training, organization and detail-oriented and ensuring guest satisfaction at every level. The candidate must also be high-energy and have the ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations
- Supervise and manage hotel staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee the financial performance of the hotel
- Implement strategies to optimize hotel performance
- Support of the housekeeping operation
- Assistance with payroll and human resources
- Assistance with maintenance
- Assistance with food and beverage operations
- Collaborating with the Sales Team on group bookings, LNR accounts, and sales leads.
- Ensuring that Front Desk (FD) policies and procedures are consistently implemented and adhered to.
- Maintaining and utilizing FD checklists for each shift.
- Managing schedules and covering shifts in case of absences or no-shows.
- Upholding Brand Standard initiatives and service standards.
- Coordinating training for all Front Office staff as required by the Brand.
- Acting as a Market Champion.
