About The Position
Starwood Hotels is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director of Spa & Wellness to lead the spa team and provide individual support and direction as needed. The role helps ensure the spa remains serene and delivers a world-class luxury experience, including on-time appointments and thoughtful responses to guests’ special requests. The successful candidate is confident, dependable, and passionate about hospitality, spas, and guest service. The role requires flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. Requirements
- At least 2 years of similar work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of spa operations.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
