About The Position
The Springs at Monarch Landing is seeking an experienced Infection Preventionist/Assistant Director of Nursing to join its skilled nursing community. The role is suited to a nurse with a strong background in skilled nursing and geriatric care who is passionate about leading, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff. The position works Monday through Friday, with a rotating weekend on-call. The community emphasizes high-quality care in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven managerial experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Strong background in skilled nursing and geriatric care.
