About The Position
Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced nursing professional to assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations. This full-time leadership position is open to qualified RN or LPN candidates with skilled nursing or long-term care experience.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- SNF or long-term care experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to make independent decisions and manage competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Assist with nursing department operations and staff supervision
- Promote quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Support staff training, coaching, and performance
- Identify clinical needs and recommend improvements
- Work with the DON and Administrator to maintain effective nursing services
