About The Position

The Springs at Monarch Landing is seeking an experienced Infection Preventionist/Assistant Director of Nursing to join its skilled nursing and geriatric care team. The role is suited to a registered nurse with managerial experience in long-term care or skilled nursing who is passionate about leading, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff. The position works Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend on-call duties, in a collaborative, resident-centered environment focused on high-quality care.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven managerial experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• Strong background in skilled nursing and geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff.
• Participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage.
