About The Position

The Delaney Parkway Lakes is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Health Services/LPN to support the Director of Healthcare Services. The role provides administrative, programmatic, and special-project support in a fast-paced environment. A Texas LPN license, scheduling experience, and on-call availability are required. This is a full-time position scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, with a stated salary of $70,000 per year.

Requirements

Current LPN license in the State of Texas.
At least one year of related experience as an administrative assistant in a physician’s office or a similar role supporting a clinical setting.
Scheduling experience.
On-call availability.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience working in assisted living or health care.

Responsibilities

Create the monthly Director of Health Services calendar with all required elements.
Perform audits as directed by the Director of Health Services and report results to the Director and Executive Director.
Ensure education is properly documented and coordinate with the Business Office Manager on retaining training certificates.
Set up appointments for the Director of Health Services.
Coordinate and update staffing and schedules as directed by the Director of Health Services.
Schedule candidate interviews and department orientation with the Director of Health Services.
Provide primary administrative support to the Director of Health Services.
Create resident medical files and enter electronic health record information upon admission.
Maintain Assisted Living and Memory Care policy and procedure manuals.
Provide on-call support as required.
