About The Position

The Delaney Parkway Lakes is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Health Services/LPN to support the Director of Healthcare Services. The role provides administrative, programmatic, and special-project support in a fast-paced environment and serves as the Director of Health Services’ primary administrative support person. The position requires an LPN license in Texas, scheduling experience, and participation in on-call duties. It is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, with a starting salary of $70,000 per year.

Requirements

Current LPN license in the State of Texas.
At least one year of related experience as an administrative assistant in a physician’s office or a similar role supporting a clinical setting.
Scheduling experience.
Availability to work full-time Tuesday through Saturday.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience working in assisted living or health care.

Responsibilities

Create the monthly Director of Health Services calendar, including all required elements.
Perform audits as directed by the Director of Health Services and report results to the Director and Executive Director.
Ensure education and training are documented properly.
Coordinate with the Business Office Manager to organize and retain training certificates.
Set up appointments for the Director of Health Services.
Coordinate and update staffing and schedules as directed by the Director of Health Services.
Schedule candidate interviews and department orientation with the Director of Health Services.
Provide primary administrative support to the Director of Health Services.
Create resident medical files and enter electronic health record information upon admission.
Maintain the Assisted Living and Memory Care policy and procedure manuals.
Participate in on-call duties.
