About The Position

The Assistant Director of Dining Services I supports day-to-day food service operations for Chartwells K12 in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. The role leads and manages a group of associates, helps ensure high-quality food and service, nurtures client relationships, and supports profitability in the assigned area. The Assistant Director collaborates with the Chef and management team on nutritious food offerings and works with marketing and culinary teams to implement new culinary programs. The role also leads, trains, and develops associates.

Requirements

At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in the food service industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Financial experience and business acumen.
Digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet navigation.
