About The Position

Haffner’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in implementing company policies and procedures and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. The role works closely with store employees to ensure daily routines and responsibilities are completed according to the Store Manager’s direction. The Assistant Store Manager must be able to perform the Store Manager’s duties satisfactorily in their absence.

The position pays $18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. The role is eligible for up to a $300 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner, and report customer feedback and actions taken to the Store Manager.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store with a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Complete daily administrative responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence, in accordance with company procedures.
• Be prepared to perform all managerial duties when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Serve as a positive role model for fellow employees.
• Supervise employees in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Complete and delegate shift duties to maintain store conditions in accordance with the Store Manager’s expectations.
• Assist the Store Manager with follow-up on daily shift duties.
