About The Position

Haffner’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The role assists the Store Manager in implementing company policies and procedures and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. The Assistant Store Manager works closely with store employees to ensure daily routines and responsibilities are completed in accordance with the Store Manager’s direction and is prepared to perform the Store Manager’s duties in their absence. The position offers a positive work environment and training and advancement opportunities.

The stated pay range is $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Compensation depends on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. The role may be eligible for up to a $300 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner, and report customer feedback and actions taken to the Store Manager.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store with a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Complete daily administrative responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence according to company procedures.
• Be prepared to perform all managerial duties when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Serve as a positive role model for fellow employees.
• Supervise employees in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Complete and delegate shift duties to maintain store conditions in accordance with the Store Manager’s expectations.
• Assist the Store Manager with follow-up on daily shift duties.
