The Assistant Construction Manager supports construction operations across New England and New York in a hybrid role combining field execution, project coordination, and administrative support. The position offers a defined path to grow into a Construction Manager or Project Manager role. Requirements

2–5 years of construction or project coordination experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel.
Valid driver’s license and clear motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

Travel to job sites, document progress, track deficiencies, and support field teams.
Coordinate subcontractors, selections, budget procurement, contract adherence, and schedules; assist with change orders and support on-time project delivery.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses accurately, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide status updates and action plans, maintain project files, and support client and management reporting.
