About The Position

Edward Rose & Sons is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for a training program. The successful candidate will train at communities in Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin, learning the company’s business philosophy, policies, and procedures in preparation to become a Property Manager at one of its communities. Onsite housing is provided at the community during training. Employees living at a community must comply with resident occupancy guidelines and requirements regarding criminal history and pets. Requirements

Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Must maintain a professional appearance following the team dress code policy.
Must be flexible with work schedule; weekend hours may be assigned.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct oneself professionally as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment and conduct.
Follow Fair Housing guidelines.
Resolve issues involving residents, customers, vendors, and employees.
Care for prospective and current residents using public relations and service skills.
Research, analyze, and make recommendations on problems that arise.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Learn all aspects of property management and development.
Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
