About The Position

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Community Director to help oversee Plant City Towers & Living Center, a senior community in Plant City, Florida, comprising 117 affordable apartment homes. Under the direction of the Community Director, the role supports all phases of property operations, including general administration and HUD compliance. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience in various roles.
• Some knowledge of current HUD guidelines.
• Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with employees, residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• COS certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for phases of property operation under the direction of the Community Director, including general administration and HUD compliance.
• Assist with preparing leases and other management forms.
• Review and process residency applications, verifications, move-ins, and recertifications.
• Process forms including 4350, 50059, and EIV.
• Manage HUD compliance across all levels of property operations.
• Assist with hiring, managing, and training staff.
