When serving as Manager on Duty (MOD), the role oversees Recovery, Utility, Perishable departments (Produce, Meat, Bakery, Deli, Dairy/Freezer), and overnight preparation to ensure areas are clean, stocked, and ready for morning opening. The manager maintains policies and procedures, delivers a positive Member service experience, upholds Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) club conditions, and supports audit compliance and collaboration with Business Partners.
