About The Position

The Assistant Clinical Supervisor III at 360 Behavioral Health leads a team and supports high-quality clinical programs while building clinical and leadership experience toward becoming a BCBA. The role includes carrying a caseload, meeting billable service requirements, supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians, and supporting client progress through data-informed care. Services may be provided in diverse in-home settings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year providing behavior analysis services.
• Minimum of 1 year leading and training staff.
• Clinical and leadership skills; ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfort providing services in diverse in-home settings.
• Effective communication with clients, families, and staff.
• Report writing and documentation skills.
• Experience implementing client behavior plans across multiple settings.
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of clinical experience delivering direct services to individuals with diverse diagnoses and skill levels (described as desired).
• Supervisory experience that includes staff training and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct services.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit utilization and treatment reports to supervisors.
• Lead team meetings and support staff professional development.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to clinical program improvement.
