About The Position

The Assistant Clinical Supervisor II at 360 Behavioral Health supports clients and clinical programs while developing leadership skills alongside a Master’s program. The role combines direct service delivery and supervision, with responsibility for managing client programs, mentoring Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The position is based in Fresno, California, and requires availability Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
At least 1 year providing behavior analysis services.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading and training staff.
Available Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.
Report writing and documentation skills.
Strong clinical and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated and organized; professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Comfortable working in diverse in-home settings.
Effective communication with clients, families, and staff.

Nice To Haves

2 or more years of ABA experience (desired).

Responsibilities

Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including providing training, feedback, and parent coaching.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, and company policies.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
