About The Position

The Assistant Clinical Supervisor II at 360 Behavioral Health carries a client caseload while developing clinical leadership skills and supporting high-quality ABA programs. The role includes direct service delivery and supervision, program oversight, assessment and treatment planning, and mentoring Behavior Technicians. The position is intended for someone currently pursuing a relevant master’s degree who wants hands-on supervisory experience and career growth in clinical leadership. Work includes in-home settings and collaboration with clients, families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
At least 1 year providing behavior analysis services.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading and training staff.
Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.
Report writing and documentation skills.
Strong clinical and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated and organized, with a professional, detail-oriented, and reliable approach.
Comfort working in diverse in-home settings.
Effective communication with clients, families, and staff.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of ABA experience (desired).
Bilingual skills (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians through training, feedback, and parent coaching.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
