Assistant Center Manager
About The Position
European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support daily center operations, achieve sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role leads by example to create outstanding guest experiences, trains and coaches Associates, supports a positive and performance-oriented workplace culture, and helps recruit, train, and retain Sales Associates and Estheticians. Responsibilities also include selling Wax Passes, overseeing loss prevention, expense control, and cleanliness, implementing franchise systems and processes, and organizing outreach and marketing events. The Assistant Center Manager is expected to motivate the team and encourage innovative problem solving. The position offers the opportunity to work with a successful team in a modern facility and grow a career in the beauty industry. Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Effective communication skills in guest relations, conflict resolution, individual coaching, and group presentations.
- Enthusiasm for the brand and beauty industry.
- Outgoing, energetic, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities, and pivot direction when necessary.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.

- Organize outreach and marketing events.
- Train and motivate the team effectively.
