About The Position

The Assistant Center Manager is a high-visibility leadership role and the Center Manager’s right hand, responsible for driving sales, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring guests have a positive experience. The role is part of a leadership development track that can lead to Center Manager and further opportunities. The Assistant Center Manager helps set the center’s daily tone, maintain its appearance and retail displays, support guest service, monitor performance, and develop associates in partnership with the Center Manager.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a multi-service or specialty store environment.
• Previous management or leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Full-time availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Self-motivated, punctual, organized, and comfortable working in a busy center.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to coach associates and interact with guests.
• Ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Comfort with Excel and Word.
• Genuine interest in supporting the EWC brand culture and team development.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Zenoti.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and communicate goals.
• Ensure the center is clean, inviting, and stocked with retail products.
• Provide real-time coaching to Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists on sales goals and product knowledge.
• Handle guest inquiries and create positive guest experiences.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to help the team meet sales goals.
• Mentor associates on career development and communication skills.
• Partner with the Center Manager on local marketing ideas and interviewing candidates.
