Assistant Center Manager
About The Position
European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support daily center operations, achieve sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves leading and motivating the team, ensuring memorable guest experiences, recruiting and developing Associates and Estheticians, and helping foster a positive, performance-oriented workplace. The Assistant Center Manager also supports sales, loss prevention, expense control, cleanliness, marketing outreach, and implementation of systems and processes for a high-performing franchise. The position offers the opportunity to grow a career in the beauty industry while working in a modern facility and contributing to a fun, safe workplace. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay and performance incentives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Effective communication skills in guest relations, conflict resolution, individual coaching, and group presentations.
- Enthusiasm for the brand and beauty industry.
- Outgoing, energetic, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities, and pivot direction when necessary.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire the team to create outstanding guest experiences.
- Ensure every guest has a memorable and inviting experience.
- Train and coach Associates.
- Support and enhance a positive, fun, performance-oriented workplace culture.
- Recruit, train, and retain Sales Associates and Estheticians.
- Sell Wax Passes.
- Oversee loss prevention, expense control, and center cleanliness.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages new ideas and innovative problem solving.
- Implement and execute systems and processes consistent with a high-performing franchise.
- Organize outreach and marketing events.
- Train and motivate the team effectively.
