About The Position
European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support daily center operations, achieve sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes leading by example to create outstanding guest experiences, training and coaching Associates, and helping maintain a positive, fun, and performance-oriented workplace. The Assistant Center Manager also recruits, trains, and retains Sales Associates and Estheticians; sells Wax Passes; oversees loss prevention, expense control, and cleanliness; implements franchise systems and processes; and organizes outreach and marketing events. The position offers the opportunity to grow a career in a modern beauty-services facility and includes competitive pay plus performance incentives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success with sales and customer service.
- Effective communication skills in guest relations, conflict resolution, individual coaching, and group presentations.
- Enthusiasm for the brand and beauty industry.
- Outgoing, energetic, resourceful, and detail oriented.
- Ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities, and pivot direction when necessary.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
