About The Position
European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support daily center operations, achieve sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes leading and coaching the team, recruiting and retaining Sales Associates and Estheticians, selling Wax Passes, overseeing loss prevention, expense control, and cleanliness, and implementing systems and processes consistent with a high-performing franchise. The Assistant Center Manager also organizes outreach and marketing events and helps foster a positive, performance-oriented workplace culture. The position offers the opportunity to grow a career with a company in the beauty lifestyle category, working in a modern facility and helping provide guests with an inviting experience. Compensation includes an hourly wage and performance incentives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Effective communication skills in guest relations, conflict resolution, individual coaching, and group presentations.
- Enthusiasm for the brand and beauty industry.
- Outgoing, energetic, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities, and change direction when necessary.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities

- Train and coach Associates.
