About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist who enjoys patient care and wants to join its leadership development program, with the opportunity to progress to Center Manager. The Assistant Center Manager helps oversee an outpatient therapy team and provides training and development intended to support consideration for promotion to a Center Manager role. The position is located at 9699 West Sample Road, Coral Springs, FL 33065, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible scheduling. Compensation is $80,000–$92,000 per year, depending on experience. The role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 and an indefinite student debt benefit program. Requirements

Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state physical therapy license.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth.
