About The Position

As an Assistant Beverage Manager at Mandalay Bay, you will help lead a high-energy beverage operation and team while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role combines hands-on leadership and operational oversight to support exceptional service and efficient, cost-effective beverage operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of relevant Food and Beverage experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar luxury resort setting.
• Previous experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned departmental operational functions in line with the department’s strategic plan and vision.
• Direct efficient, cost-effective operations, including labor management, service oversight, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Manage delivery and measurement of guest service in accordance with company core service standards and brand attributes.
• Support management oversight of assigned shifts to ensure quality guest service.
• Coordinate requisitions and beverage outlet stocking to maximize divisional revenue.
• Guide and counsel beverage employees and ensure staff are scheduled properly.
• Recommend responses to daily operational issues to management.
