Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 4 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand Basic English.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing equipment operation.
• Material handling (hand/pallet jack).
• Basic problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manufacture pharmaceutical components and medical devices while following strict quality and safety standards.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Transport materials safely using handling equipment and follow all safety protocols.
• Consistently adhere to GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, reporting hazards and ensuring compliance with environmental guidelines.
• Participate in regulatory and operator training programs.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes.
• Complete other assignments and projects as directed by management.
• Be available for overtime as needed.
