Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 4 months’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Basic understanding of production processes and manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read, write, and understand Basic English.
Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hand tools, pallet jacks, or similar equipment.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manufacture active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, or medical devices under direct supervision.
Operate manufacturing equipment and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
Safely transport materials using approved equipment and maintain accurate labeling and storage of chemicals.
Adhere to safety protocols by monitoring work areas, reporting hazards, and wearing designated personal protective equipment.
Complete required regulatory and operator training programs.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and support additional assignments as directed by management.
Be available for overtime as needed.
