Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (must be verified)
• Minimum 4 months of manufacturing experience
• Able to read, write, and interpret English documentation and perform basic math
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team leads and coworkers
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Physically able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods; occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours
• Team player with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience with microscopes or similar measurement tools
• Previous work in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device or similar)

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, test, and package medical devices following strict SOPs and quality guidelines
• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot routine equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
• Use measurement tools such as microscopes to verify product standards
• Rotate through various tasks and responsibilities within the manufacturing process
• Adhere to safety and operational protocols at all times
