About The Position

Join a leading medical device manufacturing team as an Assembler 1, General. As a Production Associate, you’ll play a vital part in fabricating, assembling, and inspecting high-quality medical devices in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0–1 year manufacturing or assembly experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality
• Basic math skills and ability to read/write in English
• Comfortable using tools of measurement, such as microscopes
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (3-on, 2-off, 2-on, 3-off schedule)
• Able to pass a standard eye and color vision exam (20/30 vision requirement, with or without corrective lenses)
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Must wear steel toe shoes

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in medical device or manufacturing assembly
• Familiarity with quality control processes in production environments

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and package medical devices according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with strict quality guidelines
• Accurately read, interpret, and follow written specifications in English
• Utilize measurement tools, including microscopes, to verify product integrity
• Rotate through different tasks and support various production lines as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
