Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
At least 4 months’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read, write, and understand basic English
Willingness to work 12-hour overnight weekend shifts
Commitment to safety and quality standards

Nice To Haves

Experience operating manufacturing equipment, tools, and pallet jacks
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Learn and execute production processes in compliance with FDA, OSHA, and GMP standards
Operate manufacturing equipment and transport materials safely following established procedures
Monitor work environment to ensure safety, proper housekeeping, and adherence to regulatory guidelines
Wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Identify, report, and respond to workplace hazards or incidents promptly
Complete operator training and all required regulatory courses
Support continuous improvement by suggesting ways to enhance processes and products
Remain available for overtime, special assignments, and other duties as needed
