About The Position

Operate, optimize, and changeover assigned production equipment. Responsible for meeting/exceeding production standards, maintaining product quality, minimizing equipment downtime, and sustaining budgeted waste levels daily.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the USA
• Must clear criminal background check before starting (candidate can begin while checks are pending, only after clearing)
• Eye exam required
• 0 - 5 years of experience
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment while meeting quality, productivity, waste, and safety goals
• Operate packaging equipment, ensuring products are properly packed and labeled per specification
• Perform quality checks as required by specifications
• Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality check records
• Notify technical personnel of equipment malfunctions
• Use and stamp batch numbers correctly on cartons per SAP records
• Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the shift
• Follow all safety, environmental, and Quality System Requirements (QSR)
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
