About The Position
At Gallagher Benefit Services, the Area Vice President partners with organizations on people-related decisions, including benefit strategies, wellbeing programs, and workforce challenges. The role manages insurance business development activities while servicing an existing book of business. It develops sales strategies, goals, and objectives in coordination with management and ensures revenue and profitability goals are met for designated geographic regions, segments, or specialty lines of business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 7–10 years of previous professional related sales experience.
