About The Position

Sundance Beverage Company, part of the National Beverage family of brands, is seeking an Area Sales Representative to service assigned customers and grow sales and product distribution. The role involves making customer calls according to assigned days and frequency, merchandising beverages and displays, maintaining company merchandising standards, prospecting for new accounts, completing reports, and communicating with management and drivers to maximize sales opportunities. The representative is responsible for the proper care of company-supplied materials, including uniforms, a tablet, and a cell telephone. Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Current automobile insurance, including liability coverage.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Call on all customers according to assigned day and frequency.
Fill and merchandise shelves and displays during sales calls.
Rotate stock and remove out-of-code or damaged products from the selling area.
Update point-of-sale material, present new items, and sell in special promotions.
Continuously work to expand shelf space and product distribution.
Maintain National Beverage merchandising standards, including keeping products organized together, keeping glide trays clean and identified, and displaying National Beverage products in the best possible position.
Regularly prospect for new accounts.
Participate in sales meetings and share ideas.
Complete report requests on time and maintain accurate daily customer sales diaries.
Exercise proper care of company-supplied materials, including uniforms, tablet, and cell telephone.
Communicate effectively with management and drivers to maximize sales opportunities.
