Area Sales Manager - Texas

The Area Sales Manager at Kasa is responsible for executing a sales strategy for Kasa's portfolio in a defined area, targeting various market segments including business transient, groups, social, and others. This role involves responding to inbound group and preferred corporate leads, conducting client appointments, attending networking events, and participating in tradeshows. The starting base pay range for this remote role is between $75,000 and $85,000, with potential for equity, bonus, perks, benefits, and Kasa Travel Credits.

• Execute a sales strategy for Kasa's portfolio in a defined area

• Partner with Revenue Management to understand market demand, seasonality, and pricing
• Be responsive to client questions and handle negotiations
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• Close any gaps in sales solutions
