Area Leasing Consultant I
About The Position
Windsor Communities is seeking a sales professional to lease apartments across Stadium Walk by Windsor, Elevate West Village, Windsor Encore, and Windsor Vinings in Cobb County, Georgia. The consultant will learn the communities and local market, engage prospective residents, conduct personalized tours, and use persuasive sales techniques to convert prospects into residents. The position works across one to four communities and supports marketing initiatives and social media outreach to increase occupancy. It offers a commission structure, performance-based bonuses, and quarterly sales rewards.
Requirements
- One to three years of experience meeting and exceeding quotas in a commission-driven environment.
- Direct, first-hand experience closing deals with customers.
- Weekend availability to capture peak leasing traffic.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in customer interactions.
- Experience in a high-touch, customer-facing sales industry.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in automotive sales, timeshare or vacation ownership sales, real estate sales, financial services or insurance sales, technology or SaaS sales, medical device or pharmaceutical sales, or recruitment and staffing sales.

- Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with teams across one to four communities to maximize leasing success.
- Help implement marketing strategies and social media outreach to boost occupancy.
