About The Position

Clean Team, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to support commercial cleaning operations across multiple facilities in the Greater Toledo, Ohio area. This on-site, field-focused management role supports site leads and cleaning employees, monitors service quality, communicates with customers, and works with company leadership to address staffing and operational needs. The role balances employee support, customer expectations, and daily priorities, and may require travel between assigned customer locations and flexibility when operational needs change. The schedule is generally 4 p.m. to midnight.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customer locations to monitor cleaning quality and site conditions.
• Support, coach, and provide direction to site leads and cleaning team members.
• Help coordinate employee coverage, schedules, and operational priorities.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and concerns.
• Follow up on cleaning deficiencies and help implement practical solutions.
• Support employee onboarding, training, and performance expectations.
• Monitor supplies, equipment needs, and adherence to established cleaning procedures.
• Keep company leadership informed about staffing challenges, customer feedback, and operational developments.
• Travel between assigned customer locations as needed.
